When is this article relevant?
This article is relevant to you if:
- You have been notified of a claim but have not received an invoice
- You have directly received a reminder or notification
Important note
Not every case goes through all procedural steps.
The dates stated in the respective letter are decisive.
0️⃣ First invoice – payment request on the vehicle
If you have found a payment request on your vehicle, this already constitutes the first invoice.
📋 This means:
- This request is not a warning but an official payment demand.
- The specified deadline is binding.
- Amount and deadline can be viewed in the beppo portal.
If the amount is not paid within the deadline, a reminder with additional costs may follow.
💡 Note:
Even if no postal delivery takes place, a properly attached payment request on the vehicle is considered delivered. An unpaid payment request is treated like an outstanding invoice.
Why might an invoice not have reached you?
Possible reasons may include:
- Address change or relocation
- late re-registration of the vehicle
- incorrect or outdated registration data
- delivery problems
What is decisive?
Decisive is the proper dispatch to the registered address or a proper delivery (e.g., on the vehicle, if provided).
A lack of receipt does not automatically suspend the procedure.
The payment deadlines stated in the letter remain binding.
How do you obtain information about your case?
Details can be viewed in the online portal.
For this, you need:
- Reference number
- Licence plate number
What happens if no payment is made?
If an invoice is not paid within the specified deadline, the procedure will continue according to the current status (e.g., reminder / further steps).
Additional costs may arise with each procedural step.
