Sometimes it can happen that your payment and the sending of the reminder overlap in time.
This is nothing to worry about – such overlaps occasionally occur when payments and bookings are made close together in time.
Here you will learn how to easily check the current status of your payment online and what you can do if there are any uncertainties.
⏱️ 1. Why the overlap occurs
Payments are not always posted on the same day they are initiated, depending on the bank.
If the reminder was sent shortly before the payment was received, it can happen that you receive a reminder even though the amount is already on its way or paid.
💡 Important:
Please first check whether your payment was made possibly on the same day or the following day – in many cases the situation resolves itself after a short time.

To be sure, you can easily check the current status of your invoice or reminder online yourself.

Enter your
reference number and
your vehicle registration number
– you can find both details on your invoice or reminder.
You will immediately receive the current payment status of your claim.
📋 Possible status displays:
✅ Paid: Your payment has already been recorded. In this case, the data is no longer accessible – this means everything is settled.
⏳ Open: The payment has not yet been received or could not be clearly assigned.
📎 3. If your payment is not shown as made
If your payment is not shown as paid in the portal, although you have already transferred the amount,
please contact us – we will check the matter immediately.
📞 How you can help us respond quickly:
Please send us a proof of payment (e.g. screenshot or PDF of your transfer).
Always provide your reference number or your vehicle registration number.
Please use the contact form on the portal or send us an email.
💡 Important:
If you did not provide or provided an incorrect reference number when making the payment,
your payment could not be automatically assigned to the correct case.
In this case, we need your proof of payment (with date, amount and account details),
so that we can manually check and correctly post your payment.
💬 Example:
If you only provided the name or the registration number but no valid reference number,
your payment will not automatically appear as settled in the system.
However, we can correct this for you at any time afterwards.

💡 Summary
If you receive a reminder although you have already paid, it is very likely due to a timing overlap or an assignment problem (e.g. missing reference number).
You can check at any time via our online portal whether your payment has already been posted.
If the payment is not yet visible there, simply send us your proof of payment – we will take care of the rest.
