By purchasing fuel, an immediate payment obligation arises.
If the purchased fuel is not properly paid for, an outstanding claim arises.
beppo acts on behalf of the owners or operators of the filling station and takes over further processing.
🧾 1. First Invoice
If an unpaid refuelling transaction is identified, an invoice is issued for the outstanding amount plus any applicable processing fees.
The payment deadline is 14 days.
💸 2. Reminder
If no payment is made within the payment deadline, a reminder is sent.
In this process:
a further payment deadline is set
additional costs may be incurred
⚠️ 3. Continuation of the Procedure
If the claim remains unpaid, the procedure will continue in accordance with the applicable legal basis.
Depending on the circumstances:
the claim may be asserted under civil law
the case may be forwarded to the competent authorities
The current status of the procedure is decisive.

Submitting a statement does not automatically suspend the ongoing procedure.
The deadlines stated in the letter remain binding.
