Payment deadline

From the delivery of the invoice, a payment deadline of:
14 days
Within this period, the following can occur:

π proof of payment can be submitted
β a statement can be submitted
π© 3. First Reminder β 7 Days
If no payment is made within the original deadline, a reminder is sent.
This contains:
an updated amount
a new payment deadline of 7 days
The updated amount may include additional costs incurred in connection with the previous procedure.
π¬ 4. Final Reminder β a further 7 Days
After the first reminder period expires, a final reminder is issued with:
an updated amount
a further payment deadline of 7 days
The updated amount may include additional costs incurred in connection with the previous procedure.

After the final reminder period expires, the case is automatically forwarded to the competent authorities.
The forwarding is carried out according to the respective procedure.
