First of all, you have filled up at a gas station but have not paid for it or have only paid for part of it. There may be two main reasons why you have received a letter or phone call from the police.
Blocked holder data
As the holder, you have decided to block the holder data at the road traffic office. In certain cantons, this data is not transmitted and therefore the only option is to file a complaint with the police.
Non-payment of the invoice
You have not paid despite the invoice/reminder and we have therefore initiated a police report.
Possible solution for withdrawing the complaint
In principle, it would be possible for us to withdraw the complaint if the deadline has not yet expired. However, depending on the situation, this may incur additional costs. Please contact us and we will advise you on this. Do not forget to send us your license plate number.
Important: if you have already received a penalty order, we can no longer withdraw the charge.
